This was the roof after Christmas 1999 when it blew off
and landed in Rowan Rise.It remained this way until 2006 when the Communuity
asked the Local Authority to repair it .
Crossroads Carers could not have moved in without these
essential repairs which were approved by the Cabinet;
although not unanimously.
